Agricultural Products

Cotu are agricultural people and tilling the terraced-paddy fields is a long-standing tradition. Co Tu people use the gifts from deep forest (upland rice, upland bean, lemongrass, corn, cassava, banana, Arangray leaves, wild forest pepper, wild honey...) for economic benefit. These products was developed by Cotu people in organic and environmentally-friendly method to bring healthy and fresh goods to customer. Especially, Cotu people only harvests to the extent that Mother Nature will not be effected.
